Chicken Manchurain and Egg fried rice

Fried Rice

  • 1 kg rice
  • 1 cup onion in cutting form
  • 1/2 cup capsicum in cube
  • 1/2 cup carrots in cubes
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • 2 tsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp chicken powder masala
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp or according to the taste
  • 2 tsp cooking oil

Manchurian Sauce

  • 1 cup onion
  • 1 cup onion springs for garnishing
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 4 tsp chili sauce
  • 2 tsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp chicken powder masala
  • 4 Red button chili
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 2  chopped green chilies
  • 2 tsp corn flour
  • 1 cup water

Chicken Marination

  • 4 tsp  plain flour
  • 1/2 kg chicken boneless
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp red chili sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Oil for shallow frying
  • 1 cup cauliflower

Cooking method:

Firstly to cook chicken Manchurian we have to marinate the chicken with all above mention ingredients in the ingredients list and keep a side.
After the marination fry it and keep aside.
Now in the same remaining batter fry the cauliflower and keep it also aside.

Chicken Manchurain

Take a pan add oil, garlic, and green chilies, and saute it for 1 min add all the mentioned vegetables and seasons in it.
After this add brown sugar, 1 cup water, and cook for 2 minutes.
Now add fried chicken and cauliflower again to cook for 2 minutes.
Next mix corn flour in water and add in Manchurian cook for 2 minutes it gets a thick consistency.

For egg Fried Rice:

Firstly soak rice in water for 15 minutes.
And boil them in hot water and drain it in a sieve and now keep it aside.
Now take a big pot and add oil, fry a beaten egg, and add all vegetables and seasoning to them cook for 2 minutes.
Then add boiled rice and give it a quick mix.
